Return & Refund Policy
At Le Parfum, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene and product safety standards.
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchange are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be sealed and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products with damaged, altered, or missing original packaging caused by customer handling or misuse
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
Important clarification: If the product arrives with damaged packaging, a defect, or an issue caused during shipping or from our side, it remains fully eligible for return or replacement at no cost to the customer.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using one of the methods below:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos of the product (if requested)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with a return shipping label. You are required to download and print the label and hand the parcel to our designated courier partner with the label attached.
Return Shipping & Fees
- If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or a product with a manufacturing or quality issue, you are fully eligible for a return or replacement. In such cases, Le Parfum covers 100% of the return and re-delivery costs, and no fees will be charged to you.
- If the return is requested for reasons not related to an error or defect from our side (for example, change of mind), a flat fee of AED 40 will be deducted from the refund amount.
This AED 40 fee already includes both the original delivery and the return shipping costs and applies even to orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
Return shipping arrangements are confirmed only after return approval.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through an agreed alternative method
Please note:
- Refunds are processed in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and based on the condition and eligibility of the returned item
- Any applicable deductions (if any) are clearly communicated and limited strictly to the conditions outlined above
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines and courier delays are outside our direct control
- Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be declined
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
