Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes. All perfumes sold on Le Parfum are 100% authentic and original. Our products are sourced through legitimate supply channels within the UAE, including official brand branches and trusted wholesale partners. We do not sell counterfeit or fake products.
Le Parfum operates as an independent retailer and is not an authorized distributor or official representative of any brand unless explicitly stated.
Do you sell original sealed products?
Yes. All products are brand new, unused, and factory sealed, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Why are some perfumes priced lower than other stores?
Our prices may be more competitive due to efficient operations, bulk purchasing, and lower overhead costs. This allows us to offer better value without compromising authenticity or quality.
Do you sell testers or replicas?
No. We do not sell replicas, counterfeit products, or refilled perfumes. If a product is ever offered in a special format, it will be clearly disclosed on the product page.

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UAE delivery: 1–2 business days for most locations
Same-day delivery (selected areas in Dubai): Subject to order time and location
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to courier delays.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery on orders above AED 100 within the UAE.
Any applicable delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our courier partners may contact you if additional coordination is required.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be sealed and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Can I return an opened perfume?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your details more easily.
