1. Returns & Exchanges
At LeParfum, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support at ae.leparfum@gmail.com or +971551408118 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error
- Payments made via Tabby or installment services follow the provider’s refund terms
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Geographic Scope
- Returns are supported within the UAE
- GCC returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Customs duties and international shipping fees are non-refundable
