Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
At LeParfum, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support at customers@leparfum.ae or +971551408118 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. GCC Orders
For customers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar, the same return and refund policy applies. However, international return shipping costs will be higher and must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
